It was an absolute joy to capture every detail of Nazafarin and Iman’s late-August wedding at the Aga Khan Museum. From the moment we arrived at their respective hotels, we knew it was going to be a stunning day filled with breathtaking decor. Nazafarin looked absolutely stunning in her custom white robe, surrounded by her beautiful bridesmaids in matching pink robes. The natural light in the room made everything look dreamy and magical, and we were able to capture some stunning shots of the bridal party getting ready. Her bouquet was a beautiful arrangement of white blossomed roses and white orchids, which perfectly complemented her overall look. Iman and his groomsmen were also having a blast getting ready at the St Regis Hotel. We took advantage of the beautiful streets of Toronto and snapped some epic shots of the groom and his best men.
The first look at the Aga Khan Museum was a truly magical moment. Nazafarin and Iman were so in love and so excited to see each other. We took advantage of the beautiful architecture and scenery of the Museum to take some stunning portraits of the happy couple. The outdoor ceremony at the Aga Khan Museum was simply beautiful. The white chairs and white blossomed roses created the perfect backdrop for the traditional sofreh. The sofreh itself was beautifully crafted with gold and white elements, including candles, crystals, and decorative plates with symbolic items.
The reception at the Omni King Edward’s Crystal Ballroom was a stunning sight to behold. Wassal from Petel and Pearl, together with Henna Florist, created a beautiful all-white design that was both elegant and refined. The florals, including white roses and orchids, were perfectly coordinated with the bridal bouquet and ceremony accents, creating a harmonious and cohesive look. The gold accents added a touch of opulence, making the room feel even more luxurious. The Crystal Ballroom’s natural lighting provided a magical ambiance, and we were able to capture every detail to perfection.
The party kicked off with a surprise performance by Andy Madadian, and soon everyone was on their feet dancing. The speeches were heartwarming, and the celebration continued throughout the night. We were thrilled to document the traditional knife dance, which preceded the cake-cutting ceremony featuring a stunning cake by Nadia & Co adorned with white and gold floral pieces. Nazafarin and Iman’s wedding was an unforgettable experience, and the night ended with a grand rose petal toss, leaving us with an epic conclusion to an incredible celebration.
