Classic Wedding at the Sunnybrook Estates

On September 1st, 2019, the McLean House at the Sunnybrook Estates was filled with happiness and light for Michelle and Mark’s wedding day.

The room was bright while Michelle and her smiling bridesmaids got ready in their matching robes – with a white robe for the bride, of course.

Michelle’s classic Sarah Seven gown brightened the room when she put it on with the help of her mother. Her bridal look emulated an old Hollywood feel with her timeless tousled waves, a bright red lip, dazzling accessories, and her simple flowing gown.

Mark kept his look classic with a tuxedo and a pair of statement Toronto inspired socks, along with his group of groomsmen.

Later, Michelle met Mark in the garden for their first look. It was a heart-warming moment when Mark’s eyes met Michelle’s as she walked closer holding her opulent bouquet of mixed roses.

After, the two took gorgeous portraits in front of Toronto’s skyline on the balcony of Hotel X.

Later, Michelle and Mark’s wedding party joined them for chic group editorial styled photos in the many very unique spots of the Sunnybrook Estate’s outdoor garden. The subtle afternoon rain helped to make the greenery of the garden brighter contrasting Michelle’s flowing white gown. The stunning porch setup mimicked a Southern feel with the elegant white columns and bright greenery highlighting the entryway where the charming couple stood kissing and smiling.

Enormous green hedges shadowed the outdoor ceremony that followed, decorated with simple white chairs that were lined with freshly bloomed white dahlias and roses. At the front of the reception stood a wooden canopy draped with fresh white florals awaiting Michelle and Mark’s matrimony.

The reception that followed was fitted to the wedding’s theme: simple and classic. The room was decorated with dahlias and roses along with a stunning white cake topped with mixed roses. The reception space was filled with white chairs and tables holding glowing candles to warm the space.

The night was jam-packed with fun, laughter, and joy – just like the married couple. We are so thankful that we got to capture this special day and all of its beautiful moments in photographs.

Michelle and Mark, we wish you two a lifetime of happiness and love!
