The first time Daniel saw Veronica at their university’s gym, he knew he wanted get a chance to be with her. For nearly a year of trying to ask Veronica out without luck, he strategically set up a double date with his best friend and Veronica’s best friend, hoping that she will be the one to come along. Luck was on his side this time because Veronica did play wing woman for her best friend! They immediately hit it off, and fast forward to last August, they tied the knot!
Taking advantage of the summer heat, they exchanged vows in the open air, and celebrated under a tent at the Belcroft Estates located in Gilford. We love the romantic country feel of this venue with the line of trees, covered bridge and rustic cabins – you’ll never run out of things to photograph! The whimsical vintage garden theme was made up of the bride’s likes and preferences, which is how it should be! She ignored the current trends, the most pinned boards on Pinterest and incorporated timeless details instead. As a result. the entire tent was filled with an abundance of white and blush florals, along with greenery and over 200 candles!
Veronica looked absolutely stunning in her Pronovias dress. The flared skirt with thread embroidery is the gown for the modern princesses. Daniel couldn’t stop smiling from ear to ear during their first look, and Veronica matched his wide grin when she saw her groom looking dapper with his light grey plaid suit. Together, they just make sense! They eased into each others presence so easily and they didn’t have an ounce of nerves as they conquered the day together. What’s their secret? Veronica says that you have to trust you have done everything in your power to plan the day and just let things play out. She encourages future brides and grooms to unplug, be present, and take in every single moment. We think her advice photographs well too!
