What perfect gorgeous weather these two had for their wedding! Held in an outdoor remote location near Clarington, Ontario, Linda & Amir’s celebration was the perfect combination of natural beauty and contemporary elegance. Planned & designed with no detail forgotten by Petals & Pearls, the style of their day truly embodied the chic mixture of fashion and the countryside.
Linda looked drop dead gorgeous in her Inbal Dror gown, really bringing together the organic texture of the lace with the fitted silhouette. The combination of sheer lace with the modern cut complimented the wedding style perfectly!
It was a beautiful sunny day to hold their outdoor ceremony. Set between two trees with a circular arch to walk in under instead of as the ceremony structure, their ceremony was relaxed and personal to them as a couple. Deciding to have a Buddhist ceremony, it was filled with love in its simplest form, enriched by the Buddhist traditions. The setting was such a pure location to hold their ceremony; no distractions to take away from their moment.
The reception was held in a marquee set up nearby. Filled with an abundance of foliage and florals by Stemz, the marquee felt as if you were outside amongst the greenery and trees! With tall foliage arrangements accented by smaller floral arrangements along the tables, the space was a continuation of the outdoors. Bringing in accents of black and gold gave the space an opulent and elegant but edgy feel with modern geometric details in the stationary, super cool signage and terrarium accents. Their wedding cake by LiMa Cakes truly embodied this with its geometric design in black and gold. We absolutely love this trend as a black accent can be so impactful and really add an edge to the design!
Their catering, provided by The Food Dudes, was so beautifully presented and super yummy and the reception definitely had a party atmosphere! Guests were always up and dancing (one guest even started breakdancing!), passing around shots and a giant bottle of Grey Goose! Linda also changed into her (incredible!) reception dress to fit the nighttime vibe. Look at the intricate detail and gorgeous cape! They even passed around a mini Lamborghini at one point!
The party carried out into the night, the marquee lit up in purple into the early hours of the morning. It was clear how much Linda and Amir’s family and friends were excited to celebrate with them, we’re sure they had a fun night!
