Dolce & Gabbana Bridal Shower

We’re so excited to be sharing this spring Dolce & Gabbana inspired bridal shower, complete with a citrus theme and Italian vibe. Nicole’s family and friends designed a stunning celebration all around her love of the luxury fashion house. From gorgeous Tuscan mural patterns, greens, and sweet personal touches throughout, we couldn’t have asked for a better day.

Accented with greenery, citrus fruits and bright spring colours, the party looked to have just the right combination of ‘under the Tuscan sun’ and bridal elegance. Opting to use citrus fruits in sunny yellow and orange shades in place of florals, they add a zesty touch to the celebration, towering on the sweets table, with watercolour elements tied in throughout the stationery.

Having a Tuscan mural print custom designed for the occasion, Nicole tied this through with a large background of the pattern, the cake artwork and even her dress! Taking this detail to the next level, the print ties everything together, making this bridal shower so incredibly unique and memorable. The cookies on the dessert table even match the décor perfectly, hand-painted to mimic the mural, lemons and tangerines. And what would an Italian-themed party be without gelato? Nicole had a super yummy cart where guests could choose their favourite flavours.

Nicole’s loving family and friends were so excited to celebrate ahead of her big day, some were even dressed to match the theme! The speeches were filled with happy tears and jokes, as well as some prizes from the essential bridal shower games. One of our favourite parts of a shower is when the groom comes to say hello! We adore how Nicole’s face lit up as soon as Andrew stepped into the room, flowers in hand.

What a beautiful bright spring day for an even more beautiful bride to be! We loved capturing all of these little moments for Nicole and can’t wait to photograph hers and Andrew’s wedding in June!
