Engagement Photography Yorkville Toronto

What an awesome afternoon with Tamar and Raneh. I did this shoot with my partner Svetla, so we were able to get some “behind the scene” footage done. Please check out the video above and let us know what you think. While photography is still our forté, we’ve been enjoying shooting videos a lot lately.

We met up with Tamar and Raneh at their condo to setup on location studio. They wanted some funky photos with plain backdrop for the wedding invites. We’ll post those a little bit later.
Then we headed over to Yorkville to do some fashion-inspired shots and make our friends look like real celebrities. Where else if not in Yorkville, right?

Quick pit stop to grab some ice-cream before we went for a walk in a park behind the Royal Ontario Museum and new Koerner Hall (Royal Conservatory) added some intimacy and in my opinion made our couple a lot more relaxed. By the time we got to our last location to shoot some sunset pictures they were acting as if modelling was their full time job!

We always recommend engagement shoots to our clients. Engagement session helps us find their good angles, see what makes them relaxed and respond better to our directions. It is also a great experience for the couple to get to know their photographers and gain some confidence in front of the camera before their big day.
