It all began in the heart of Toronto, at the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel, where Lauren was getting ready. Everyone was so excited when we entered the hotel room! We loved the soft glow of natural light filtering through the sheer curtains. It was the perfect day for getting ready photos. The stationery exuded elegance, with its light, airy design perfectly complementing the vibe of the day. Lauren herself was a vision, her Christian Louboutin heels adorned with delicate floral motifs, her dress a masterpiece of minimalistic beauty with subtle floral accents and a sweetheart neckline.
The moments we captured Lauren popping champagne with her bridesmaids and sharing tender moments with her mother were pure magic. And then came the bridesmaid’s first look, a moment of sheer joy and surprise as her bridesmaids laid eyes on her — they were completely taken away and so happy for her! With her father’s gentle assistance, Lauren stepped into a Rolls Royce, ready to meet Jason at the end of the aisle.
The ceremony at St. George’s Greek Orthodox Church of Toronto was steeped in tradition and emotion. Jason’s reaction upon seeing Lauren for the first time was so beautiful, throwing both his hands to his eyes to immediately wipe away his tears. After the ceremony, surrounded by the joyful cheers of their loved ones, the couple was immediately showered with rice and this was one of our top moments of the day because guests did not hold back!
Our next stop was the Art Gallery of Ontario, a stunning backdrop for the bride and groom photos. The grandeur of Walkers Court and the ethereal beauty of the Galleria Italia provided the perfect canvas for capturing their love and the most perfect natural light. Every corner seemed to offer a new perspective, especially for all the fun bridal party portraits!
But perhaps the most breathtaking aspect of the day was the reception decor, masterfully crafted by Muse Event Co. and adorned with exquisite floral designs by Rachel A Clingen. Stepping into the room felt like entering a dream, a warm and inviting wonderland bathed in hues of white. The centrepiece trees lent an enchanting touch, transforming the space into an outdoor oasis within the confines of the reception space.
The reception was a celebration of love, laughter, and unforgettable moments. We especially love the grand entrance to the epic beats of the drummers, every moment was infused with such fun energy We loved that we could steal away Lauren and Jason for some late-night photos, capturing them against the iconic backdrop of the AGO sign and the iconic red room. For Lauren and Jason, this was just the beginning of a lifetime of adventures together, and we loved being a part of it.
