Attention modern brides! If you’re looking for something different without compromising elegance, then you want to check out Danielle and Adam’s wedding! Everything about it reflected their style – unique, chic, and fun.
Although they just said their vows last year to stay together forever, Danielle and Adam were never really apart to begin with. As kids, they grew up in the same neighbourhood sharing the same friends, and eventually, they shared the same university where they finally took the step towards more than just friends. Sounds like a classic love story, but the way Adam proposed is a glimpse of how they make their narrative one of a kind. Let’s just say chicken wings, burgers and fries from their favourite local restaurant were part of the plan. How can you say no to that?? Their love of food was made obvious at the reception with their midnight buffet that included a chips bar!
We already knew we were in for something special when we saw Danielle’s Vera Wang dress. She effortlessly pulled off the silk crepe gown with the sheer midriff, and Vera Wang herself expressed her approval. That’s right! The designer herself complimented our bride when she was trying the dress at the New York store! Paired with red velvet Miu Mius, she walked down the aisle as if it were the runway. Danielle met her equally stylish groom who wore a Nick Carson tuxedo with peak lapels. Needless to say, Adam looked bold and suave.
Toronto’s Four Seasons Hotel is known for its modern yet luxurious space so it’s no surprise that it made the perfect venue for Danielle and Adam’s big day. The neutral colour palette of the Aria room makes it a great canvas for other colours to pop. For Danielle and Adam, the tropical leaves, the rich reds and purples from their floral arrangements stood out to create a vibrant atmosphere.
The couple’s creative vision for their wedding was made possible by the planning of Ashley Lindzon from Ashley Lindzon Events. With the involvement of a team of vendors, each element came together for one unique celebration.
This wedding was featured in Dauphine Magazine Fall 2017, Issue 5!
