Erin and Trevor met when they were paired up to work on a school project together during their undergrad. Naturally, they exchanged contact information but ended up talking about more than just their assignment. Thanks to the power of music, they discussed their similar taste which kickstarted their bond. Fast forward to last September, they exchanged vows that would make them partners for life!
From the beginning, Erin knew she wanted a clean and simple look, preferring shades over colours. Of course, she used Pinterest and Instagram to draw inspiration from. Who doesn’t? It’s no surprise that their wedding took place at the luxurious Four Seasons Toronto Hotel – the perfect venue for a modern take on timeless elegance. They each had their own rooms to get ready in with their friends and family before the first reveal.
One of our favourite spots at the Four Seasons hotel is the outdoor balcony, overlooking the busy streets of Toronto. Even being out in the open, it’s still a romantic and intimate spot for a first look. Trevor was beaming with joy when he finally saw Erin, looking absolutely stunning and graceful with her delicate curls and strapless a-line gown. The dynamic between them from there on was nothing short of adorable! They were incredibly sweet and gentle with each other, which definitely translated well in their portrait session.
Erin and Trevor invited the whole gang with 10 groomsmen and 9 bridesmaids! We loved how the girls wore all black, wearing dresses that matched their style that made them stand out on their own. Meanwhile, the boys not only matched suits but matched their socks too! We knew with this fun group that we were in for one heck of a party!
After Erin walked down the aisle to John Lennon’s “Imagine” and walked out the ceremony with Trevor as her husband, they didn’t hold back any energy in their evening celebration! The hora ended up being Erin and Trevor’s highlight, and I’m sure their family and friends agree with them! When the venue is decorated with an abundance of candles and a variety of white flowers, it’s hard not to enjoy yourself. A unique detail we loved was their wedding cake. It was a small sized cake with a “best day ever” topper, sitting on top of the tier of mini donuts. Too cute!
