Bright and airy, Andrea and Andrew’s wedding couldn’t have been more perfect for the romantic month of June!
Andrea’s magical morning began with the company of her grandparents and maid-of-honour as she prepared for her very special day. Her style emanated a classic, timeless feel with an elegant touch of old Hollywood. Andrea wore a strapless Ines Di Santo dress with flawless Hollywood curls. Her morning was made even brighter after receiving a very thoughtful gift from her soon-to-be husband, Andrew. Andrew surprised her with a book containing precious wedding photographs from their parents and grandparents’ weddings many years before. It was clear that they had both been waiting for their day for so long, and couldn’t wait to contribute to the love stories of their lineage.
The ceremony and reception were both held outdoors at the beautiful Tralee Wedding Facility in Caledon, surrounded by gorgeous forests and ponds. Everything from the large fields to the golden sunset made everyone feel like they were in a real-life movie! As a fun and convenient surprise, all of the guests were escorted from the hotel to the ceremony site using school buses where they were met with an intimate, unplugged ceremony that encouraged them to be in the moment.
The ceremony became even more special as it was officiated by one of groom’s sisters. Standing at the altar, they were surrounded by a large, gorgeous arch of white flowers mixed in with an abundance of lush greenery. The experience was full of so many emotional, special and intimate moments between the couple that the guests even forgot their cue to sit! Instead, they embraced the heartwarming moment as they remained standing for the vows and exchanging of rings.
Their ceremony and reception took full advantage of the summer weather overlooking the large field as they celebrated the remainder of the night in a large luxurious tent. Their reception was filled with an abundance of greenery, white flowers, large candles and was an absolute fairytale for Andrew and Andrea. Nothing is more romantic than grand chandeliers hanging over the spacious dance floor in the centre of the reception! Their reception wouldn’t have been as special as it was without the little moments they shared with each other and the ones they loved. Andrea even showed off her hidden talents as she sang with her mom using a whisk, pretending to perform karaoke like they would when times were tough. As this would often brighten their days, it was only fitting to include this tradition on one of their happiest days as well.
Their fairytale dream wedding ended with guests holding sparklers against the dark summer sky as the newlyweds spun and danced into their forever together. This was truly a day that will leave guests remembering it forever.
