On their beautiful and timeless spring wedding, Julia and Giancarlo exchanged their vows under a stunning canopy of white roses surrounded by friends and family. Their all-white theme flourished by the evening, creating a modern yet elegant theme for their outdoor tented wedding at the Arlington Estate.
In the morning, Julia got dressed along with her bridal party, sharing their excitement for the big day ahead while popping a bottle of champagne and laughter to follow — each of them wearing their own white robes to compliment Julia’s white lace robe. We loved capturing all the tender moments in the morning. The lacing of her mermaid silhouette dress with floral detailing from Lee Petra Grebenau, the intimate card and gift exchange, and the loving moment when Julia’s father saw her in her wedding gown for the first time — he was lost for words, just as we were during these moments between her family. She was truly a vision. Giancarlo kept his look classic with a tuxedo exclusively tailored for him, and a pair of statement Christian Loubouton oxford shoes with timeless appeal and elegant lines. He got ready with the help of his groomsmen, who kept the energy fun by cracking jokes, which kept that brilliant smile across Giancarlo’s face at all times.
Their planner, Sincerely Yours Events, worked closely with the couple to bring their vision to life. Julia looked stunning as she walked down the aisle on a beautiful mirrored pathway, underneath a breathtaking installation of all-white roses hanging from the ceiling beautifully executed by her florist, Rachel Clingen. The tent was surrounded by stunning ivory curtains catching light from the sun. With tons of natural light pouring into the tent, they both glowed as their vows were exchanged in front of the natural greenery that shadowed from the estate. The reception, held in the same tent as the ceremony, was an enchanting monochrome floral oasis with white roses and peonies. Each table was decorated with softly lit candles, white chairs, and all-white floral arrangements to compliment.
The flowers hanging from the ceiling glowed with natural light creating a stunning canopy for the entire space. Julia had always dreamt of dancing under a mesmerizing sky full of roses. During the first dance the room was glowing, it was like watching them fall in love all over again. The night continued with live music jam-packed with fun, laughter, and joy – and dancing! Their day felt like a fairytale and we loved being a part of the storytelling. We are so thankful we could capture their day, because we felt like we were a part of the fun too!
