HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO HIRE YOU?
Every wedding is unique so we have a great selection of packages to fit your needs. Please e-mail or complete the contact form on our website for details.
HOW MANY PHOTOS DO WE GET?
You’ll get between 700-1,000 edited and ready for final print images from a full day wedding package. More if you hire second or third shooters. You will also get anywhere between 100-150 edited images from your Engagement session.
CAN WE PRINT OUR OWN PHOTOS?
Yes of course! All of our packages include high resolution images on a USB flash drive ready for you to print. We also offer professional printing services at a competitive prices, and you’ll also receive low-resolution copies for emailing and web use.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
We require a 33% deposit and a signed agreement to reserve your day.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET OUR PHOTOS?
It takes approximately 7-10 weeks to get the final images, but you’ll get a sneak peek online within a few days of your event. Final images include editing and colour correcting so that all shots are perfect.
ARE ALL THE PHOTOS EDITED?
Yes! Every single photo that you will receive on a USB will go through the same post production process as the images you see on our website.
DO WE GET AN ONLINE GALLERY?
Yes. Every package includes password protected online gallery that is super easy to share with your friends and families. It’s also optimized for tablets and smartphones. You will love it.
CAN YOU HELP US CREATE A WEDDING ALBUM?
Absolutely! All our albums are handcrafted by international vendors! We would love to show you some samples when you come over for your consultation.
DO YOU HAVE A PHOTO BOOTH?
Yes, we have an open concept photo booth that we would be happy to bring to your event. You can get both digital files and the prints on the spot. We also have lots of props and backdrops to choose from. We use same type of equipment inside the booth as we use to document your entire wedding day to make sure you get the best quality and consistent images.
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH ANYTHING ELSE OTHER THAN WEDDINGS?
Purple Tree Photography specializes in Wedding and Events photography, but we know a loooot of talented photographers and would be more than happy to recommend you someone too.
DO YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF TORONTO?
Yes, we are worldwide and will travel anywhere. There is a travel fee for any destination more than 90 kilometres from downtown Toronto.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS ON OUR WEDDING DAY?
Some of our best wedding shoots have occurred on rainy days. We know lots of wonderful locations that provide natural light which are perfect for wedding pictures in any type of weather condition.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept certified cheques, Debit Cards and all major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.
WHAT EQUIPMENT ARE YOU USING?
We use Canon 5D MK III bodies with only highest quality lenses. Our backup equipment is the same quality gear as our primary equipment.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE COVERAGE?
Yes, we have commercial general liability coverage and our property and equipment is also insured.
